Inmprove the product transfer workflow
Remove the confusion that can happen when there's an existing mortgage, or BTL , mortgage that needs a product transfer - looks like you need to add exisitng mortgage and then new mortgage - the purchase type is mis matched.

Show solicitor practice address details
After adding practice to new mortgages the address is no longer available to see - maybe having the details similar to selling agent.
When you key an application with lenders which are not connected to smart 365 you can not see the solicitor details when you download the factfind, even though you filled them in.

Multiple products on a mortgage
We need the ability to have multiple products on a mortgage. 3 separate parts to the mortgage, I am going to Port and Raise.
I think that on the existing mortgage account, and for the new mortgage we should be given the option to add additional mortgage parts; this means that we could then track the different product expiry dates after and during porting applications.
We need to be able to add more than one mortgage to a single property address.

Being able to put a negative figure in the self employed profit boxes. the field needs to accepted a - or ( )
Self employed income / Limited income.

Time in Employment
When you put in the date the client started their employment, could it then please work out how long they have been there? I.e 2 yrs 3 months ...

Income section - quick overview of basic income, commission, bonuses etc. Rather than jumping into edit form.

Optional Email Addresses for clients
In some cases, clients share email addresses, but joint applications require a unique email per person. This means it requires another irrelevant email, or a fake one.
It is understandable that it is needed for the client portal, but in this instance one email should be enough.

Ask specific Commitment Questions (Credit Card, Loan etc) & tickbox for no credit outstanding
On the commitments section, so customers don't miss it, could questions be asked such as, do you have a credit card? do you have a loan? do you have care finance? If they answer yes, then the section becomes mandatory to add details?
Having a tick box for our Credit Commitments that says the client has no outstanding credit , rather than empty. As the advisors have to check they haven't forgot to fill in , where if they had a tick box saying I ahve non they don't need to ask and helps with knowing the client has told…

Pre-Filled Categories
The Fact Find should have categories already in the expenditure section so that customers when completing it online do not miss items e.g. food, gym memberships, council tax, water, gas, electricity, pet insurance etc etc. At the moment 99% of customers completing online do not fill in an accurate expenditure.
